Now, let's talk about me. Prior to my first job at 16, the one thing I knew about money was to spend less than I made - thanks Dad!

But isn't there more to learn about finance and money management than to just spend less than you make? I thought so. And I was right. The world of personal finance is vast and daunting when I consider: retirement, mortgages, car loans, school loans, credit cards, life insurance, interest rates, the stock market, crowdfunding, and so much more.

I was, however, determined to learn. So, I set to the task of learning about personal finance.
